Research interests:
For the past several years, I have taught a freshman seminar titled "Radioactivity and Society: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" in which we examine the applications of nuclear science and engineering that affect people's lives and how the public views these issues. I am interested in expanding this effort to include faculty and students from other departments in order to broaden the audience we can reach on these important topics.
