How to Search for Members

The searchable database features members of the Academy and includes information about their departmental affiliations,  research interests, and email address.

Keywords: Use "keywords" to search a member by her or his first and last name. Click on the name for the full display of information. Submit a keyword (e.g., climate change) and the search will return all members, who mention the keyword in their profile.

Department: Search members by department and/or school/college.

Topics: The list of topics represent the themes of past and current Academy activities. For instance, “150 Years of Women at UC Berkeley” refers to projects retired faculty conducted as part of this initiative, which were also supported by the Academy.

Type of Academy Activity: Search Academy members by the type of activity they have been or are involved with. All Academy activities and projects are interdisciplinary. 

“Quick Links” on the menu bar on the left side displays member information in a table format.
